BOOK CLUBS
"I just love a good book!"
Great - we read and discuss Christian novels. We examine the interaction of characters, their decisions and attitudes, while applying the gained insights to our daily living.
The "Novel Group" meets the 4th Tuesday evening of each month.
The "Chapter 2" group meets the 4th Tuesday afternoon of each month.
FRIENDS AT HOME
Make regular contact with homebound and nursing home members.
NIMBLE THIMBLES
Meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 1:00 p.m. at the church, in the Cafe', to share sewing, needlework techniques and ideas while working on personal or service projects.
PRAYER MINISTRY
Provide a system for members to pray for those who have special needs and who make their requests known to us, to praise God and to give thanks for answered prayers.
SHEPHERDING
Participate in providing an avenue of giving care (shepherding) to individuals within a group that you are a part of. This includes regularly praying for and contacting a small number of people a couple of times a month.
YOUNG SINGLES SMALL GROUP (S.A.Y.S.O.)
Be a part of the planning and implementing of studies and events that will connect singles - college age and older.
