BAPTISM PREPARATION
Greet those coming for baptism, accompany them to the dressing rooms, assist them before and after baptism, care for the robes and other baptismal supplies.
HOME IMPROVEMENT TEAM(H.I.T.)
Maintain the building and grounds to enhance the appearance of our church, while building relationships among the volunteers.
HOMEBOUND COMMUNION
Teams of individuals and couples who provide communion by request every second and fourth Sunday to members who are homebound or in the hospital.
HOSPITAL VISITATION
Make regular contact with members who are in the hospital.
HOSPITALITY:
Provides or arranges hospitality for guest speakers and musicians, helps with refreshments and other arrangements for receptions, special days and events, maintains a clean and well-equipped kitchen.
LIBRARIES
Maintain, develop, and promote the use of our libraries.
SIGN CHANGERS
Changes the message on the church Douglas Avenue sign on Monday mornings.
WELCOME CENTER
Staff the Welcome Center each Sunday and at special events as needed.
. Greet guests and help them feel welcome, wanted and "at home."
. Provide information and directions to guests and members.
. Accompany newcomers to find the rooms they are looking for.
. Keep the Welcome Center and Information Station supplied with hand-out materials and brochures.
