Lynn is an experienced leader and communicator who guides the pastoral staff and presents most of the Sunday messages. He and his wife Jan have three adult children and six grandchildren to which they are devoted. Lynn enjoys traveling, golfing and reading and watching sports.

Out of all the members of our current pastoral staff, Terry has been serving at West Side the longest. His primary leadership responsibilities are in the areas of Discipleship & Administration, and he is also a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. He and his wife Mary have an adult son.

Jake is our newest staff member. He recently graduated from Ozark Christian College after serving six years in the U.S. Navy. He and his wife Jenn have two daughters, one in preschool and one in elementary, and a one year old son. He enjoys getting out to the water whenever possible, playing the guitar, and laughing.
